•	I acknowledge that my online order is legally binding, and I assume full responsibility for payment.
•	It is the customer and property owners responsibility to provide suitable roadway to dumping point. This generally includes the driveway only. Failure to do so will result in additioanal cost for recovery of truck, damage, and downtime charges.
•	Cancellations before the truck is loaded will incur a 3% charge.
•	Cancellations after truck is loaded will incur a $45.00 charge.
•	Orders must be placed at least 2 days prior to requested delivery time.
